Verb conjugation of "chispear" in Spanish

I ordered a cab at four o'clock in the morning which took me to the Central Bus Station. I was much to early because the bus would go just at seven o'clock. Anyway I was sitting there and listening to music.
Seldom only do such incidents occur, thank God, but the fact is that these incidents, which are started by a relatively small group, need to have a broader support among others in order to exist.
My wife joined me two hours later and everybody went to breakfast. The plan for the day was to visit a cave on one of the islands. We took smaller boats to get there as the ship was too large to approach the island.
