Verb conjugation of "devastar" in Spanish

At around seven, it wasn't dark anymore, the mother of the family offered me some tea. I felt so uncomfortable coming to a new family owned casa and vomiting there all night, but I was really sick.
After placing my luggage there I decided to walk into town and rent a bike. The neighbor of the guest house stopped me on the street and asked me if I was Mike. She told me that she was Luisa.
The same evening we left Patagonia and flew to the capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires. We have waited a long time for this moment as we have not been in a city for almost two weeks and we usually love the city.
