Verb conjugation of "ensayar" in Spanish

The bus left Havana and drove westwards towards a place called Viniales. After a short two hour ride we arrived there and once the bus entered the terminal we were greeted by dozens of people.
When I finally arrived at my destination I still had the task of finding an accommodation. As my acquaintances where with me we started looking together, however we discovered that we were not on the same budget.
Actually, three hours was enough to get the impression of Macau. It had many narrow streets and some parts reminded us of a Mediterranean village. One can really see the charming Portuguese influence.
