Verb conjugation of "nachlassen" in German

Of course I have already tried, but it did not work. I will try it again. Meanwhile, here is the reason for my short emails... only one hand free at a time, see explanation in the image of me.
I will be creating an additional study with a student (his name is Juan), which may appear in local newspapers in the future (in English). However, this may take a couple of weeks too.
I live in the center of Rome, but I prefer the outskirts. I don't love the center but the old part of the city is very charming. There are however a lot of advantages in the city, especially for young people.
