Verb conjugation of "sustain" in English

Open the Word Program (press 'Start' button at the bottom left of screen, choose the menu 'Programs'. In the Word document, once a white new document has appeared, press 'edit menu' again and paste the contents.
We have learned that some tenses, such as Present Tense are easier and not as complex as others. Is that right? In my opinion, tenses in English are much easier than in the Spanish language.
