Verb conjugation of "umfallen" in German

My brother moved there last year. He met a woman and went after her. After six years they have broken up, but he no longer wanted to return, because he has settled down in his new home. I am visiting him once a year.
I hope that I will have time to go skiing. Maybe it is even better to go at the end of the season. The doctor, however, did not give his diagnosis yet. If I cannot go I will have to find an alternative.
I guess the whole idea is about improvement, correct? How are you these days anyway. Since I want to practice a bit, I decided to join here. I'll be happy to start with you. Let us try it.
