One of the most difficult problems I have (and I am sure that others have it too) is getting used to the superficiality of the life in the US. To be superficial means to me not to be able to recognize. I went back to the busterminal and dressed for the ride. That means I put on long pants and my hiking boots. Friends have warned me about freezing conditions during bus rides because of airconditioning. The cemetery in Recoleta was worth seeing, although I do not like hanging around these places for too long. From there we continued to the market but found it boring so that we kept on going. |
