I entered yet another suite. This one had a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a huge sleeping room. The view was excellent, overlooking one of Saigon's largest and most impressive boulevards. I went out to buy some food near the hotel. There were no supermarkets around and no food stores. The only thing I could find was a bakery with mass produced cookies imported from China. At around 6pm. we were back at the Chilean border and we were happy to change cars (to the mini bus again) and seeing a paved road. It took us another hour to get back to our hotel. |
