It is a beautiful neighborhood with with lots of boutique restaurants and shops. We invited our friends from the Netherlands to join us for dinner and they agreed. We found the restaurant in the Time Out magazine.
The architecture is much more interesting and beautiful than its sister in the South. The architecture was influenced by the French but also by the Chinese. The buildings are thin and tall.
We were a little sad that we had to leave Peru so soon, but we had to take the 7.30 bus which would take us to the Chilean border. Chile and Argentina were still the main destinations of our trip. |
