At noon we drove back to the tiny airport near the city and a few moments later we were already in the skies. The flight to Saigon, today's name Ho Chi Minh city, lasted more or less one hour. The architecture is much more interesting and beautiful than its sister in the South. The architecture was influenced by the French but also by the Chinese. The buildings are thin and tall. In Colorado there are amazing mountains, belonging to the Rocky Mountains and in New Mexico you have the really gorgeous desert areas. Some other states there have also large desert areas.
