Translation of gage in German

Sometimes you forget one word and this makes the entire sentence sound differently. That means that you need to read each email before sending it twice at least if you want to be on the safe side every time.
I am considering an additional project for our website, called 'the better option'. Basically it would be writing something about Spanish or English grammar. Would you be interested in participating? I met great people there.
I am a kindergarten teacher for children between age 4 and age 5 and additionally I teach at a school here in Munich: music, painting and handicraft. At the moment just we have holidays.
