Translation of haste in Spanish

I ran across the bridge to reach the other terminal and asked at the check in counter which connecting flights were still available. I wanted to avoid having to drive into the city at any cost.
Flying straight from Geneva to New York that does not exist, you must change planes in Zurich. You can also take a 3 hour train ride and then a connection to the airport with a local shuttle.
I would be pleased if we can still keep the contact alive. In the future I will have more time to write emails in Spanish. At the moment I just can't. Sorry for being so direct but this is the truth.
