Verb conjugation of "jouir" in French

My wife an I have decided that as long as our children were small and would not have to go to school we need to take advantage of our freedom and travel as much as possible. Later this year we will go to Costa Rica.
The idea is to use the sourcing to get as much information as possible about learning abilities and disabilities in average. This way we can determine and forecast best practices for language learners based on some parameters.
I live in Cataluna in eastern Spain. I have learned in a language school in Berlin but unfortunately only for a short time. I am a waitress by profession and looking for a new job in my village.
