Verb conjugation of "confidare" in Italian

I want to improve my level of English. Have you ever been in the U.S. and in which states have you been? I've been in England, Scotland and Ireland, but unfortunately, I have never been to America.
Drinking coffee at night is supposed to be bad. Why? I have no idea. I believe the contrary is true. Coffee opens my veins and let's blood flow better and quicker. I therefore have nicer dreams, mainly from my last vacation in Italy.
I am also your friend now, how nice is that. I am learning English for a year. I love this language. I already can speak Spanish, because my mother is from Mexico. Your German is really well!
