Verb conjugation of "dedurre" in Italian

My husband wants to see the places his parents come from. They're from Michigan. And I'll take the opportunity to visit my brother in law in Carolina, he is 63 years old. Towards the end of the trip we will attend a conference.
Drinking coffee at night is supposed to be bad. Why? I have no idea. I believe the contrary is true. Coffee opens my veins and let's blood flow better and quicker. I therefore have nicer dreams, mainly from my last vacation in Italy.
I attended a Spanish course in Malaga, but I need more practice and speak more often (and write of course). Here in Germany it is a bit difficult to learn Spanish because we do not have the chance to practice.
