A lot of wars and pursuits, political conflicts and economic instability means that the existance of an easy life has never been granted for sure. The entire continent struggles currently with it.
When I finally arrived at my destination I still had the task of finding an accommodation. As my acquaintances where with me we started looking together, however we discovered that we were not on the same budget.
San Telmo and Bocca were two additional neighborhoods that we have visited and these were actually quite nice. We were warned by the staff of our hotel to be alert in these neighborhoods as there were many thieves.
