Exactly on that weekend there was a traditional apple event which is celebrated every year by the people of this small town. Naturally, It was very nice to see it, to see farmers outside of the city.
The problem is that we are planning day by day and in our region (Maine, New Hampshire...) most hotels are 'by request' and not by 'space available'. I could do it but I would need to do the follow up.
There were heaps of people in this area and we really had to struggle to get through the crowds. We drank a few beers and a couple glasses of wine and being totally tipsy Lili decided she needed to return.
