They played a lot of music (very old fashioned music) and sold apples, cookies, cakes and many drinks. Having enjoyed the apple festival we went for a walk outside the village, meaning the woods.
We are back in South Carolina for Christmas. We are staying at the Hilton near the Corner. As you said, great location! Our trip included LA, California and the coast of Oregon (which was spectacular).
There were heaps of people in this area and we really had to struggle to get through the crowds. We drank a few beers and a couple glasses of wine and being totally tipsy Lili decided she needed to return. |
