My first stop was great. I went there by myself not knowing anyone. I hired a room for two nights and walked around the city. After I had moved to my second stop for another two days something strange happened.
I interpret this as follows: It reflects the calm life without any hectic atmosphere. The life that these two are looking for (like they did before) is far away: Far away, beyond the river.
She claimed that in order to be old, one would need to have a baby. She touched a very sensitive point of every woman around thirty five; today we have a wonderfull daugther. The converstion with her was nice. |
