 | The place was really modern and the food was excellent. We later found out that the restaurant belonged to a chain with the same name and was present all over the country and pretty popular.
In the end we decided to try something new, and although we are not great "fans" of South East Asia, we agreed on going to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and if there would be enough time Hong Kong.
The town on the other side of the border is called Arica. You immediately see the difference to Peru. Fast food chains, brand names and modern stores appear all over the city. |
