We could not believe how difficult it was to find a decent room in this four star hotel. I went to the reception desk and complained about our room and about the attitude and bad service. Anyway, back on the boat station we tipped the father and left. The bus was already waiting although we were the first ones to arrive. We had to wait nearly one hour until everybody was back. My daughter is 12 years old and my son is 6. They are both in school. It is so beautiful to see them grow up, but time passes too fast. I wish you also a lot of happiness. Best wishes form Austria.
