We returned to the former capital of the South at dawn and were dropped next to our place. We had a very nice day all in all, although it was very touristy. We felt that we have seen enough of the area.
Basically, I am here to learn Italian and French... some other languages as well, different cultures and meeting nice people. So far, I have made some friendships with Vocabulix, but I am always looking for more.
The next day we had the feeling that the worst of our altitude thickness was over and decided to take the local bus to the Sacred Valley, a key area of settlement to the Incas. |
