In England, a man would still open a door to a woman, but in other countries this habbit is less common. In a way, habits that existed hundred years ago slowly loose their meaning and importance.
I wanted to explore the city, so I took my Nikon F501, a few rolls of films and headed to the narrow colorful streets of SCDC. Most of the streets were paved and it was easy to walk in this part.
San Telmo and Bocca were two additional neighborhoods that we have visited and these were actually quite nice. We were warned by the staff of our hotel to be alert in these neighborhoods as there were many thieves.
