There were a lot of souvenir shops inside the palace which spoiled the atmosphere a little bit. Monkeys were also sitting around and begging for food. We took some close-up images of them. Considering that the lake was full of crocodiles we gave in to their demand and bought a can of Coca Cola. It cost us two dollars, and considering Cambodia's wholesale price they got plenty of markup. Although it was a beautiful region and a very lovely town it reminded me to much of home and I decided that I wanted to move on. We called Aerolinias Argentinas very early to book a flight for the same day.
