I am trying to learn Spanish because Spanish is becoming more and more important in the USA because of immigrants. Especially here in Texas. I used to live in Nevada for many years. Boring place, gotta tell ya.
The jet lag could be felt. We entered the floating village. People were actually living in boat houses and most of them seemed very poor. Their main income source was fishing and tourism.
A band was playing Peruvian music while we were waiting for our luggage. The altitude is immediately felt: Dark blue skies and thin air, which won't let you climb stairs without having to take a few breaks.
