At noon we drove back to the tiny airport near the city and a few moments later we were already in the skies. The flight to Saigon, today's name Ho Chi Minh city, lasted more or less one hour. I went out to buy some food near the hotel. There were no supermarkets around and no food stores. The only thing I could find was a bakery with mass produced cookies imported from China. The same night we went to a great restaurant in town (near the main street). We met a very friendly couple in their fifties from Buenos Aires. They told us many interesting stories about Argentina. |
