Translation of melodrama in Spanish

Hi, I'm back from my vacation. It gives me pleasure to learn Spanish, because I can feel the improvement continously. I studied medicine in the University of Montpellier, a student city in France.
I would also need to know whether pricing can be different, because otherwise that amount would be too high. Some of the translations are not accurate at all and would also need corrections so that the dictionary displays only correct words.
I would be glad if you can tell me more about the United States, of course in German! Maybe we can talk again when you're back at home, what do you think? That would be a good practice, wouldn't it.
