Although I put my wallet in the front pocket of my pants it was not there. I had been so diverted by the aggressiveness of these kids that I did not feel it when they grabbed it out of my pocket. Life here is the opposite of what you think. We are living in small village which is a housing complex for MCD employees with their families. It's a children paradise and on the other hand quite boring. Usually I do not care too much about not getting change, but when you pay a 3 dollar ride with 50 dollars, you do actually expect change. We stood there for a while and neither of us knew what to do. |
