Everybody knows about the Indian summer which is famous for it strong and shiny atmosphere in the woods. That is why i wanted to see it too. So, last Saturday morning we left Boston and drove North-West.
Dinner was a little strange. I was sitting as a guest at the dinner table but somehow I felt very uncomfortable. I felt that everything was staged for me. I sensed that this family was not used to having guests.
We spent the entire day doing nothing, just waiting for the night train which would take us into the northern mountain area of Vietnam, close to the Chinese border. The train left at around ten.
