Translation of pomelo

I grabbed a burger from an American fast food chain and swallowed it immediately, as I had not eaten for a while. I boarded the machine and could feel a slight stomachache but decided to ignore.
The problem is that we are planning day by day and in our region (Maine, New Hampshire...) most hotels are 'by request' and not by 'space available'. I could do it but I would need to do the follow up.
Our website is free, so we simply do not have the financial means to show the English instructions to a professional translator. We showed the vocabulary lists to our translators and concentrated on the content
