Translation of effusion in Spanish

Our first station was a temple from which one could see the sunset in the best way, as it was a on hill leaning westwards. It was a walk uphill of more than thirty minutes and quite steep.
My sister just moved to Boston, Massachusetts and I visited her for two days only. This means that I do not know the city but what i saw of it was really nice. I will visit her next month or so.
