We wanted to take a hot shower but there was no hot water at all. We asked someone to fix it and he showed us that there was a heating switch outside the bathroom which would turn on the boiler.
I understand that you use the article 'die' when talking about a feminine object, das when the subject is neutral, and der when talking about a masculine object. But how can you remember all these?
Needless to say, Machu Picchu has earned its reputation and was definitely one of the highlights of our journey: We took the train to Aguas Calientes in the early morning.
