I have been living in Holland for the last 14 years and I know the mentality very well. Holland is a small country, everybody knows everybody, so if we want to succeed, we must seize the opportunity.
In plural there is no difference between the formal and the colloquial address form. Do you mean that you are using 3rd person singular form for the plural imperative? If so, I will change all entries so far.
I'm learning German for a year. I do not write well, but I hope to improve soon. This is precisely why I want to make friends on vocabulix. In August I will fly to Berlin, it will be my first time.
